Welcome to Real Life Training Services! We are dedicated to providing a high-quality training experience in a professional and respectful environment. Please carefully review the following acknowledgment policies and procedures. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Shows, and Lateness

   – Cancellation Policy: All classes are non-refundable. Please ensure the class, date, and time are what you need. If you are unsure, please call before booking to prevent any issues.

   – Rescheduling: Students may reschedule their class once for a $50 fee. Real Life Training Services reserves the right to waive this fee at our discretion, particularly in emergencies. Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule.

   – No-shows: Students who fail to attend a scheduled class must book and pay for an additional class.

   – Lateness: Students arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee.

2. Hybrid/Blended Learning

   – Prework Requirement: All online prework must be completed before attending the in-person class. Failure to complete the prework will result in rescheduling the skill check, with a $50 rescheduling fee applied.

3. Inclement Weather

   – Safety First: Real Life Training Services prioritizes the safety of our students and instructors. We adhere to local and state guidelines regarding inclement weather and will notify students of any necessary rescheduling. No rescheduling fee will apply in this circumstance.

4. Card Processing

   – Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing certification cards. We cannot guarantee same-day processing. If you require your cards by a specific date for work, please plan accordingly to ensure timely receipt.

5. Sickness Policy

   – Health Considerations: The safety of our students and instructors is paramount. If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home. In this case, the rescheduling fee will be waived.

6. Facility Agreement

   – Professional Standards: Real Life Training Services maintains a professional environment. We do not tolerate discrimination based on religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

   – Prohibited Items: Possessing weapons, drugs, or engaging in disorderly conduct is strictly prohibited on our premises. Violating this policy will result in no refund and ineligibility for future classes.

7. Camera and Security Notice

   – Surveillance: All Real Life Training Services facilities are equipped with security cameras in classrooms and common public areas for the safety of our staff and students.

8. Photography Notice

   – Media Usage: Real Life Training Services may take photographs during class sessions for marketing and training purposes. These images may be used on our social media platforms and websites. Students have the right to decline participation in photography.

9. Accompaniment Requirement

   – An adult must accompany any student under 18. We offer seating areas for parents and encourage them to enroll in the class.

10. Class Participation

    – Attendance and Engagement: Students must attend the entire class duration and participate in all skill checks to pass successfully. Failure to comply will necessitate booking and paying for another class.
